I really enjoyed this second book by Australian author, Leanne Lovegrove. It's a romance with some fantastic suspenseful, intriguing moments included and great chemistry between the main characters, Kate and Nick. Both characters have experienced a number of hurdles in their pasts, and have a number of fears and barriers when it comes to love. The worlds both characters come from are finely drawn. I adored the description of the school (I think we've all met a few Brittanys at the school gates!) and the complex, dangerous world of criminal law Nick works in was a real eye-opener and relevant. Well-written, intriguing, suspenseful and with a swoony ending, Illegal Love by Leanne Lovegrove is a great read.
